She was predeceased by: her father William Cooper Sr.; and her brothers-in-law, Clayton Bryant and Gary Jarrett. She is survived by: her mother Eva Mae Garvey Smith; her children, George Gillen (Jessica), Ray Gillen (Stephanie) and April Hancock (Rodney); and her siblings, William Cooper Jr. (Janice), Wanda Cooper Bryant, Linda Cooper Jarrett, Loretta Mae Greene (Rudolph) and Lorene Kay Luffman (Randy). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
