She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Floyd Helmstetler and Ruth Flippin Helmstetler; her husband Alvin Alford Lackey; and her sisters, Shirley Gallup and Pat Vanhoy.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Lackey (Sherry Cook), Melinda Lackey, Connie Jolly and Wendy Lackey; her siblings, Delmer Helmstetler, Harold Helmstetler, Peggy Barber and Tammy Robertson; her grandchildren, Nicholas Freeman, Cassie Jolly, Tamber Jolly, Makensie Lackey, Caleb Parrish, Noah Lackey and Trey Lackey; and her great grandchildren, Dakota, Zachary, Brice and Braden.
