Georgia Ann Murphy Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgia Ann Murphy of Lexington, North Carolina, who passed away on October 1, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeanne Ann Burton (Murphy) and Lewis Murphy; her brother Michael; and her nephews, Jake and Gabe.

She is survived by: her caregiver Pam Clarke of Lexington, NC; her brothers, Patrick Murphy (Jessica) of Springdale, AR and Gerald Murphy of Drummonds, TN; her nieces and nephews, Ryan Murphy, Nick Maese-Murphy, Stephanie Williamson and Elizabeth Quesenberry; her half-sister Dawn; and her great-niece Gabriella. She is also survived by four step-sisters.

Donations may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association, Catholic Relief Services or Human Kindness Foundation.
