He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Conrad and Leota Conrad; his wife Barbara Conrad; and his siblings, Doris Rose and Edwin Conrad.
He is survived by: his children, Jack Conrad (Jeri), Jim Conrad and Sherry Proctor (Ted) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Jessica McCollum, Jonathan Proctor, Aimee, Brandi Lomax, Randall, Keeli McLamb, Brent, Chrissy Henderson, Stephen and Jay Proctor; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Noah, Ian, Kodi, Finn, Beau, Bryce and Camden.
Niece and Nephew: Glenna Garner, Mike Willson, Cindy Hartley, Barry Conrad, and Wynn Conrad, Donations may be made to Holly Grove Lutheran Church.
