He was predeceased by: his father James Ottis Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Crowell Oliver; his daughters, Carrie Oliver Turner (Callaway) and Rachel Elizabeth Oliver (Carlos); his granddaughter Caraleigh Elizabeth Turner; his mother Faye Morgan Oliver; and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and his companion.
