We bid farewell to Hazel Leonard Waselesky of Lexington, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 6, 2025 at the age of 83. Hazel Leonard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Waselesky; her daughter Tammy Munday; her parents, Golden Mack and Jenny Lee Leonard; and her brothers, Bob, Henry and Richard Leonard.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Munday (Sharon) and Lorraine Rummage (Todd); and her grandchildren, Michael Rummage (Jessica), Ryne Rummage (Brittany) and Brody Munday. She is also survived by four beautiful great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Forest Hill Memorial Park (1307 W Old Hwy 64, Lexington, NC 27295).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hinkle Hospice House or Shiloh Church.
