She is survived by: her husband James L. Goins of Lexington; her daughters, Lisa G. Rumley (Scott) and Wendy G. Nagel; her grandchildren, Scott Rumley II, Christopher Nagel, Anthony Tilley, Jacob Tilley and Brianna Beasley; her great grandchildren, Rylan Rumley, Avery Rumley and Ailana Beasley; and her sister Betty Loflin.
