It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jacquelyn Craver Maphis of Lexington, North Carolina, who passed away on June 26, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Fritz Craver and Mildred Mills Craver; and her sister Pam Everhart. She is survived by: her husband Sam Maphis; her sons, Chad Walser (Carol) of Lexington and Bryan Walser of Lexington; and her sisters, Nell Carrick of Thomasville, Clara Leonard (Barry) of Lexington and Sandy Hobbs (Dane) of Lexington. She is also survived by five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
