It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffery Kimbell Kirk of Lexington, North Carolina, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Leon Kirk and Betty Jo Everhart Kirk; and his brothers, Bruce Leon Kirk Jr. and Joseph Sydney Kirk. He is survived by: his close friend Vicki Leonard of Lexington; his children, Morgan Kirk (Ashley) and Bailey Kirk Aguilar (Cristian); his brother Sam Kirk (Erin); his grandchildren, Brody and Harper Kirk; and his pet Fred. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.

“It is difficult to grasp that within one week, God called two brothers...two very unique individuals to heaven. We always enjoyed Kim's visits to Wilmington and all the fun times we had with him, the Kirk family and many, many friends. We loved Kim's mischievous smile, his chuckle, and that Kirk charm!! Kim could light up a room and be friends with everyone there! We know that Kim, Bruce and Sidney are looking down from heaven, guiding us and telling us to "carry on"!! Rest in piece "Kimbo"”
