He was predeceased by: his father Donald Gray Holt; his son Seth Thomas Holt; and his brother Tim Holt. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Byerly (Tommy); and his siblings, Phil Holt (Tina) of Lexington and Elizabeth Holt of California. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
