He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lee Wood and Effie Ball Hayes Wood; and his brothers, Hoyle Edward Wood and James Luther Wood. He is survived by: his niece Kathy Grubb (Richard Grubb, Jr.); and his caregivers, Savannah Hogle, Stacey Bowen and Jerry. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
