We announce the death of Jerrydean Ann Causey of Lexington, North Carolina, who passed away on July 4, 2026, at the age of 82. Jerrydean Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Bryant and Tina Bryant; her husband Shelton Causey; the father of her children A. B. Elliott; her daughters, Cindy McHone and Mary Johnson; and her siblings, Billie Mae, Barbara Jean, Richard, Gary, John and James.

She is survived by: her children, Sandra Causey (Ricky) and Brad Elliott (Lisa); her son-in-law Darrell McHone; her sister Jackie Norman (Danny); her grandchildren, Wayne (Kelly), Tealisa, Brian (Karla), Teddy (Brandy), Mandy (Paul) and Kelly (Christopher); her great grandchildren, Jonathan (Haleh), Samantha (Thomas), Dawson (Katlyn), Addison, Taylor, Maddox, Jordan and Maeson; and her great great grandchildren, Paislee and Hudson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
