He is survived by: his brother Albert Smith (Ellen); his wife Debra "Debbie" Smith; his sons, Johnny Smith, Tommy "Tonk" Smith (Joann), Zachary Cox and Randy Harris; his mother-in-law Christine Doss; his siblings-in-law, Steve Doss (Jan) and Susan Spoon; his grandchildren, Levi Smith, Savannah Nelson, Dallas Cox, Maisie Cox, Ezra O'Brien and Annalee O'Brien; and his great grandchildren, Layla Leonard, Colt Cox and Braelee Orrell.
