He is survived by: his wife Diana Lynn Owens Oakley; his daughters, Brandi Cunningham (Rob) of Lexington and Shannon Fowler (Bobby) of Linwood; and his grandchildren, Breanna Fowler, Brett Fowler, Chase Cunningham and Blythe Cunningham.
