He is survived by: his children, Michael Lively (Lisa) of Texas and Kathy Crafford (Don) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Amanda Robeson (Sam) of Texas, Melody Brown (Joshua) of Texas, Travis Witherington (Amelia) of Lexington and Joshua Snyder of Florida; his stepgrandson Bradley Crafford (Stephanie); his stepgreat-granddaughter Hadley; and his great grandchildren, Denasha and Donovon.
