She is survived by: her children, Randy Forrest (Brenda) of Lexington, Danny Forrest (Pam) of Lexington and Diane McCarn (Lynn) of Lexington; her brother Tommy Poag of Lexington; her grandchildren, Jody McCarn (Tyler Hollifield), Natalie Haire (Joseph), Misty Pullum (Scotty), Amanda Cook (Tony), Josh Forrest (Heather) and Jamie Aufderhar (Alan); her great grandchildren, Kayla Grubb (Jaycob), Karsyn Haire, Caleb Pullum, Autumn Pullum, Stetson Cook, Caleigh Cook, Emory Forrest, Ethan Forrest, Bella Forrest, Jordan Shepler (Ashton) and Trace Aufderhar; and her close friend Wanda Frank.
