Fountain III, Serena Aubree Philips, Anastasia Lynnae Fountain and Zackary John Fountain Jr.; his brother Carroll; and his siblings-in-law, Sue, Frank Thomas (Carol) and Bruce Thomas (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
