He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Mills (Smith) and Ethelbert Mills Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Keaton (Willie), Joyce Tilton (Thomas) and Joan Bruce (Richard); his siblings, Robert Mills and Linda McKeeman; and his granddaughter Megan Isenhour (Joshua).
