He was predeceased by: his parent Tery; his wife Kathey Williams Parnell; and his brother-in-law Tim Freeman. He is survived by: his daughters, Johnna Lanning (Dennis) of Advance, Amber Warren (Micah) of New Port-Richey, Fla. and BreeAnn Cook (Joe) of Mocksville; his sisters, Nancy Swicegood and Amy Freeman of Churchland; and his grandchildren, Eva, Luke Lanning, Cole, Ethan Warren and Warren Cook.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Davidson Funeral Home (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292).
