He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Lookabill Meachum; his sister Maxine Burkhart of Lexington; his children, Robert Meachum (Cathy) of Lexington, Patrick Michael Meachum (Elizabeth) of Lexington, Mark Eric Meachum (Melody) of Lexington, Patrica Melba Correll (Bobby) of Lexington and Theresa Nicole Edwards of Lexington; his grandchildren, Joey Correll, Joshua Edwards, Spencer Meachum, Melea Meachum, Misty Correl, Jennifer Tilden and Stephanie Barlett; his great grandchildren, Ava Tilden, Luna Tilden, Brianna Benson, Kobe Benson, Jacob Vestal and Logan Clodfelter; his grandchildren, Vadin Edwards, Chase Barlett and Camille Correll; and his great great grandchildren, Gunner, Mallory and Emberlynn.
