He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Obediah Waitman and Lila Lee Winecoff Waitman. He is survived by: his children, Justin Waitman (Codi) and Julie Quinealty (William); his brothers, Edgar Waitman (Brenda) of Lexington and Bruce Waitman (Olga) of Georgia; and his grandsons, Brayden, Lucas, Micheal and Nicholas.
