She is survived by: her parents, Willard Warner and Janice Thomas Warner; her boyfriend Johnny Shoemaker; her children, Matthew Sprinkle (Candace) and Konstance Sprinkle Hedrick (Bradley); her former husband Timothy R. Sprinkle; her siblings, Randy A. Warner (Ginger) and Kimberly Warner Cook (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Levi, Arya, David and Caroline; and her aunts, Joyce Thomas Adamiak (Rudy) and Lois Boggess. She is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
