He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Addie Aires; his fiancée Betty Ware of Lexington; his children, Ricky Powell of Lexington, David Cope of Taylorsville, Jeffrey Ware of Denton, Bradley Ware of Lexington and Regina Rufty of Taylorsville; his grandchildren, Chad Hollman (Brandi), Timothy Powell (Brittany), Dylan Powell (Sami), Brandon Parker, Amber Craver (Josh), Crystal Noland (Dakota), Lee Mullis, Cindy Sweeney, Cory Cope and Trey Cope; and his great grandchildren, Shawn Hollman, Logan Hollman, Gabe Powell, Cayden Powell, Sam Powell, Delilah Powell, Faith Craver and Samuel Craver.
