He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Owens and Theresa Miles Owens; his wife Victoria Garrison Owens; and his daughter Gloria Hall. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Davis, Toria Owens, April Owens and Beverly Muse. He is also survived by two siblings; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
