It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Franklin Green of Lexington, North Carolina, who passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Seaborn Leo Green and Leilea Leola Alexander Green; his son Floyd Green; his granddaughter Stephania Myers; and his siblings, Hubert Green, Martha Gibson, Helen Beal and Polly Canup.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Harrison Green; his daughters, Mary Myers (Greg) of Lexington, Betty Kincaid (Toney) of Lexington and Dorothy Walser of Lexington; and his brother Paul Wayne Green Sr. (Judy). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren.
