He was predeceased by: his parents, Stacy Ray and Bessie Viola Myers Warner; his wife Janice Marie Briggs Warner; and his grandson Phillip Cross. He is survived by: his children, Dale Warner of Lexington, Carol Warner Bell (Douglas) of Stanley, NC and Sherrie Warner Cross of Lexington, NC; his grandchildren, Ashley Fulp (Patrick), Rachel Bell and Erin Bell; his great grandchild Jameson Fulp; and his sister-in-law Brenda Leonard (Billy) of Lexington.
