She is survived by: her mother Jean Delores Propst Adkins of Spencer; her sons, Lloyd Avery Allen (Kira) of Mooresville and Leroy Haskins III of Lexington; her grandchildren, Juicy, Huggie, Keon and Courtney; and her sisters, Rosa L. Adkins of Spencer, Elizabeth A. Cowan (Michael) of Salisbury and Benita Adkins of Lexington. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
