It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Martha Leonard Slabach of Lexington, North Carolina, who passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lake Dale Leonard and Helen Beck Leonard; and her brothers, Bryce, Austin and Charles Leonard.

She is survived by: her husband Carl Dean Slabach; her children, Gary Franklin Slabach (Nicole) and Shelley Slabach Carlton; and her brothers, Tommy, Klynt and David Leonard. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
