She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Leverett and Josephine Freeman Leverett; her husband Thomas Terry; her sons, Dwight Terry and Richard Terry; and her siblings, Blanche O. Leverett, Jessie Mae Randleman, Ruby White, Louise Anderson, Thomas, Luther, Robert, Theodore and William Leverett.
She is survived by: her children, Michael W. Terry (Shawn), Linda Terry, Sandra L. Terry and Andrea Baldwin (Everett); and her sisters-in-law, Mattie Terry and Sadie Allen. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
