She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clay Owens and Louise Kiger Owens; her husband Ronald Welch Bevan; her siblings, Gene, Roger Owens and Carrie Beck; and her children, Danny Bevan and Sherry Gobble.

She is survived by: her daughters, Charlene Mabe (Mark) and Gay Hegler (Scott); her grandchildren, Tina Benton (Nick), Jennifer Bevan (Scott), Britnie Holt (Jeff), Scott Hegler Jr., Samantha Cheves (Ty), Michael Phillips, Larry Phillips, John Mabe (Carrie) and Amanda Hughes (Jay); her great grandchildren, Courtney, Katelyn, Bentley, Carlie, Layla, Autumn, Aubrey, Landon, Daniel and Serenity; her brother Larry Owens; and her close friend Eva Craver.
