She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arnold Voyd Hinkle and Gladys Hinkle Hinkle; her husband Estel Dobey; her son Larry Dobey; her brother Paul Hinkle; her children, Kent Dobey (Sharon) of Lexington, Rita D. Gebe (Jack) of Lexington and Sandy Weisner (Jeff) of Lexington; and her siblings, Gene Hinkle, Ray Hinkle (Chandra) and Shirley Younts. She was also cherished by her family and was a dutiful wife to her late husband of more than fifty years, a strong mother for her children, and a caring grandmother for her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
