She was predeceased by: her parents, Bea Massie and Callie Bradley Massie; her husbands, Charles Cummings and John L Warren, Sr.; her son John Warren, Jr.; and her siblings, L. J., Rufus, Pete, Larence, Clarence Massie, Hazel Naomi Massie, Novella Conard, Lorena Shetley, Lucille Hayes, Sara Cagle and Adrene Waddell.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Cummings (Sandra), Allen Warren (Penny) and Tony Warren. She is also survived by two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
