It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Dixon (Lexington, North Carolina), who passed away on April 6, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Dixon and Martha Fortune Dixon; his brother George Pulliam; and his niece Valerie Wilson Terrell. He is survived by: his nephew Robert "Gramp" Wilson, Jr.; his siblings, Mary P. Crump of Lexington, NC and Sammy J. Dixon of Winston-Salem, NC; and his niece Angela L. Wilson of Lexington. He is also survived by great nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
