She was predeceased by: her mother Donna Blevins; and her brother Tony Phillips. She is survived by: her parent Lennie Phillips; her granddaughter Keely; her daughter Ashley Andrews (Jerry Blanks III) of Lexington; her grandchild Keegan Blanks; and her niece Cassidy McDaniel of Spokane, Washington.
