She is survived by: her parents, Hal Worth Routh and Donna Matthews Routh of Lexington; her brother Scott Loring Routh of Lexington; her niece Hailey Routh Chapmon (Aaron Bryson Chapmon) of Lexington; her aunt Pat; her uncle Bill Stephens of Georgia; her cousins, Eric, Cammie Stephens, Brian and Wilhelmina Stephens; her close friends, Julie, Shannon, Alyson, Lauren, Brad and Jason; Catherine, Mary of Georgia, Michael and Isaiah of Burlington.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (201 W 3rd Ave, Lexington, NC 27292).
