She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Little Chaffin and Martha Byerly Chaffin; her husband Bobby Lee Mize; her brothers, Robert of Jimmy, JW and Bruce Chaffin; and her grandson Chris Rutherford.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Mize of Lexington, Tim Mize of Lexington, Cindy Mize York of Lexington, Angela Johnson (Jeff) of Asheboro and Tracie Mize of High Point; and her brother Donald Chaffin (Myrna) of Texas. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
