She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Miness and Gladys Miness; her husband Jack Calvin Waters Sr.; and her daughter Vanessa Lynn Kemp. She is survived by: her children, Jack Waters Jr. (Rhonda) and Angela Fire; and her grandsons, Travis Freeman, Christopher Morehead and Joshua Nicholson. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
