With solemn reverence, we commemorate Oden Latham Jr. of Lexington, North Carolina, born in Washington, North Carolina, whose life came to an end on February 16, 2026 at the age of 84, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Margarette Phelps Latham and A. Oden Latham, Sr.; and his significant other Maloye Richardson Latham. He is survived by: his wife Fonda; his children, Lisa (Randy Baldwin), Chris (Joanna) and Joe (Kim); and his stepson Adam Richardson (Meredith). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
