He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Paul Leonard and Lula Mae Morrison Leonard; his great grandchild Charlee Lineberry; and his sisters, Louise Odom and Dorothy Everhart.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Elizabeth Neal Leonard; and his children, Neal Leonard (Cathy), Wanda Rogers and Malinda Leonard (Craig). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
