He was predeceased by: his brother John Lance Perrell, Jr.; and his nephew Jared Perrell. He is survived by: his parents, John "Lance" Sr. Perrell and Gail Mock Perrell; his siblings, Jeffrey Perrell (Christie) of Lexington and Anna Lanier (Rodney Allen) of Clemmons; his nieces, Rachel Lanier (Justin) and Sarah Lanier; and his nephew Jackson Perrell.
