We are sad to announce that, on September 20, 2023, at the age of 70, Paul Edward Starr of Lexington, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bryce Starr and Elsie Coppley Starr; and his brother Barry. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Vickie Starr; his nephew Kevin Starr (Debbie); his niece Karin Starr; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Max Bosko, Macie Starr and Reese Starr; and his close friends, Richard, Patsy, Jamie and Faye.
