He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, W. Paul Swicegood and Alma Koonts Swicegood; his wife Nancy Curry Swicegood; his son Dale Swicegood (Kim) of Lexington; his grandson Matthew Swicegood of Lexington; and his sisters, Mary Ella Giles of Lexington and Carolyn Smith (Steve) of Lexington. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
