He is survived by: his wife Luann Vestal Furr; his children, Dale Furr of Lexington, Michelle Tonn (Sonha) of Lexington, Jane Furr Brady of Linwood and Crysta Davison of Lexington; his grandchildren, Whitney Tonn, Nikki Chau, Russell Brady, Montana Heitman and Warren Walker; his brother Victor Furr; and his pet Lucy.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Journey Church of Lexington (61 Biesecker Rd, Lexington, NC 27295).
