It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Dale Steed of Lexington, North Carolina, who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Rufus; and his brother Dion Payne. He is survived by: his children, Jessie Steed (Karen) of High Point, Jennifer Steed Whitaker (Jerry) of Lexington, Amanda Steed (Brentley Craver) of Lexington and Tabitha Steed Hancock (Brandon) of Lexington; and his siblings, Randy Hill, Sandra Hucks (Rick), April Payne and Lori Freddle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
