He was predeceased by: his mother Evie Ann Bailey Poag; and his daughter Amanda Yort. He is survived by: his father James "Tommy" Poag; his sisters, Rene Poag Noonan (Brian) of Charlotte and Andrea Poag (Megan) of Ithaca, NY; and his grandchildren, Dazyon Poag, Zayden Mills, Zayona Yort and Zion Brank.
