He is survived by: his wife Margie Caroline Gallaher; his daughters, Joy Johnson, Dorothy Jean Swicegood, Mary Ann Gallaher and Sandra Leonard; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Thompson (Terry), Robby Motsinger (Sara), Melissa Tuttle (Michael), Joseph Finney (Holly), Corey Robinette (Abby), Ariana Phillips (Dustin) and Emily Leonard. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
