With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Austin Patneau of Lexington, North Carolina, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on March 10, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Arthur Patneau and Dorothy Young Patneau; his wife Dawn Hackenberg Patneau; and his son Jeffrey Robert Patneau. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Patneau and Farah Tucker (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Jacob Jeffery Patneau and Hayley Brooke Patneau; and his brothers, Austin Patneau (Kathleen), George Patneau (Cindy) and James Patneau (Annette).
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in memory of Robert to be made to Levine & Dickson Hospice House, 11900 Vanstory Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078.
