Morse (Jeff), Carl Robert Billings (Lisa), Ashley Cline Strong (Mark), James Cline Jr. (Tracie), T. J. Heath and Josh Heath (Bethany); his great grandchildren, Baylee, Julianna, Rachael Carman, Robert, Frank Morse, Emmy, Lily Billings and Colby Heath; his niece Gloria C. Caldwell; his nephew Kenneth Cline (Jan); and his siblings-in-law, Wayne M. Leonard, Nancy L. Baker and Sarah Y. Leonard.
