He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Clark Berrier (Steve); his grandchildren, Matthew Wright Holman, Anna Clark Holman and Derek Berrier (Michelle); his girlfriend Jeannette Swing; his pet Boo; and his caregivers, Robin Horne and Wende Everhart.
