Ronald William Heer Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on July 19, 2023, at the age of 80, Ronald William Heer of Lexington, North Carolina, born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Heer and Frieda Hornig Heer; his former wife Catherine Walker Heer; and his siblings, Robert Heer and Anita Kleinfelter.

He is survived by: his wife Martha McManus Heer; his children, Russell Heer (Beth) of Newport and Julie Parde (Rick Eveson) of Lexington; his stepchildren, Gregg Grady (Amy), Rick Grady (Denise), Shana Walker (Steve) and Sarah Drewery (Steve); his grandchildren, Brandon Gilchrist, Sierra Heer, Brittany Grady, Parker Grady, Chase Grady, Sara Bourque, Kaley Drewery, Madison Drewery, Dayln Grady, Alex Grady, Nicholas Grady and Spencer Grady; and his great grandchildren, Asher Gilchrist, Liam Gilchrist, Kinley Grady and Tucker Grady. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
